 Thank you for visiting the web presence of our Church. We really hope there is something within its pages that resonates with your own faith journey. All members of the ECC+C (ordained and not) have gathered together with a like-mind of striving to bring Christian 'community' back to basics, leaving behind ego and politics; dogma and condemnation. You will notice that all our bishops are in active ministry as this is really important to us. Our mission is to preserve the integrity of our Christian/Catholic faith - as not only does it scare us at how irrelevant faith seems to be to so many in this day and age, it is more than terrifying how mainstream churches are behaving in a post-modern era. People are rejecting 'church' at every turn so we pray what we are trying to achieve in the most holy name of Christ gives you hope that all is not lost. As a national community, we see each other, we gather and encourage. We build each other up and care for each other when life isn't so kind. Essentially, we really like and respect one another. Our growth in England is phenomenal at this moment and every day we pray that we can keep up with all our Lord wants us to do.

We are currently installing regional bishops or senior clergy (not everyone has the calling to the episcopacy) to oversee and shepherd our new members, those already with us or are looking to join our vision of being vibrant, relevant and faithful Christian ECC+C communities. Please take some time and take a look around - we know there is a great deal to get through but it has been put together with devotion for you and God - plus you can always keep coming back - so please feel welcome to contact us.

And to visiting clergy: 

In terms of established clergy asking to join us, we must stress that we cannot and will not accept anyone whilst they still have their licenses issued from elsewhere. (Please visit our vocations page). We have had a significant number clergy contact us which is more than a blessing and those who have joined us bring with them such great gifts for our communities. However we ask that all clergy lovingly and peacefully clear the way for ECC+C membership with your current Bishop(s) or the equivalent with pure Christian integrity, even if you feel the same has not been afforded to you. We also ask that you read and digest our ethos via our Apologetics pages and make certain you feel an affinity with who we are. Please prayerfully discern and think seriously about the consequences of moving from one faith home to another. If you are experiencing difficulties for what ever reason, come to us knowing in your heart that you have done all you can to resolve them. We have kept our team in the UK together from the outset and so cannot be seen as a stop gap by anyone. I don't mean this to be harsh, it is an open and honest statement of how serious we are about working together for God, permanently and respectfully, within a loving and supportive environment.
