Life Coaching; Individual, Couple & Family Mediation

Mrs Siobhan Reading
Cert Ed. Oxford Life Coach. Master in NLP

Through active listening and the belief that we all possess the potential to change our own lives for the better, Life Coaching enables clients to develop the essential clarity to make alternative life choices. It is also about offering support and helping clients develop the necessary strategies needed in order to make these changes a reality. Unlike other forms of therapy, Life Coaching is non-prescriptive and I do not counsel, mentor or instruct. However, by exploring an individual’s barriers to change and limiting beliefs I can help clients develop a deeper self-knowledge that in turn can lead to a more fulfilling life.

Siobhan has been a personal friend of Nicola's for many years. A Roman Catholic, yes; but first and foremost she is dedicated to helping her clients within a non-denominational or secular ethos. Her faith system will not and does not impact upon her work unless it is requested by the individual. She has successfully worked within a secular environment all of her working life.

Siobhan will help individuals and couples discover the necessary strategies to improve their life, make any required changes; identify and overcome limiting beliefs and address any agendas which harm and not help the lives of people. Siobhan can also help schools, including disputes between parents and teachers, parents and parents and of course issues with pupils.

Mother of two, Siobhan is currently working with schools, families, individuals and teachers. Siobhan can give training sessions and motivational talks. She extends her support to those in prison and people with addiction problems - but her ability to engage with people from any walk of life is extraordinary.

Many people who have experienced any trauma (like bereavement) can sometimes feel disconnected with their life and the world. This can make people question their life path and also, make people question fueds within families. If you feel Siobhan could help you redefine yourself and improve the direction of your current life-path, please get in touch with her via the contact page.
